Founder of HRHack
In 2017 human resources professional Jennifer Pangas founded HRHack, a company which designs programmes to solve human resource problems and drive innovation.
She recently moved from Australia to New Zealand and is a digital strategist for Mercury here.
Trained in innovation at Stanford Business School Pangas recognised that innovation techniques like design thinking had a significant place in the design of HR solutions, and that HR has an important role in shaping more innovative cultures.
HRHack recently joined Fusion Labs, which works in the Australian corporate innovation space. Jennifer leads the Innovation Capability area, helping corporates build the skills to identify, test and validate great ideas at start-up speed.
On top of her corporate career she’s a volunteer transformation coach for Seed, the Stanford Institute for Innovation in Developing Economies which is working to end the cycle of global poverty.
