Silvana has extensive advisory and senior client experience in New Zealand and abroad in New York and Chile. Most recently, named New Zealand Dealmaker of the Year in both 2021 and 2022 at the Australasian Law Awards, her expertise spans M&A, takeovers, schemes of arrangement, capital raisings, private equity investments and corporate governance matters.

With decades of experience as a corporate and commercial adviser, Silvana is renowned for her pragmatic approach in getting the most complex and innovative deals done. Silvana joined Jarden from top tier firm MinterEllisonRuddWatts, where she was a partner and head of their corporate and M&A division.

A board member of the New Zealand Takeovers Panel, Silvana is also a member of Global Women and a founding member of On Being Bold, an online collective aimed at empowering women at all stages of their career.
