Silvana has extensive advisory and senior client experience in New Zealand, Australia and abroad (including working in New York and Chile). Silvana was recognised as Australia’s Most Powerful Deal Maker in 2025 by the Australian Financial Review, and has twice been awarded New Zealand Dealmaker of the Year at the Australasian Law Awards in 2021 and 2022. Her expertise spans strategic M&A, takeovers, schemes of arrangement, capital raisings, private equity investments and corporate governance matters.

With decades of experience as a corporate and commercial adviser, Silvana is renowned for her pragmatic approach in getting the most complex and innovative deals done. Silvana joined Jarden from a top tier law firm where she was a partner and head of their corporate and M&A division.

A board member of the New Zealand Takeovers Panel, Silvana is also a member of Global Women and a founding member of On Being Bold, a collective aimed at empowering women at all stages of their career.
